What we collect
To receive the assessment, you provide an email address. We store that address, the overall result, Performance, Value, and Clarity ratings, major finding flags, traffic-source information when available, purchase status, and the date of the assessment. We do not store your individual question responses after calculating these fields.
How we use it
We use this information to show and email your assessment, send occasional emails about AI customer experience, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, understand the diagnostic at an aggregate level, and connect a purchase to the assessment that led to it.
Email updates
By continuing from the email screen, you agree to receive your assessment and occasional emails about AI customer experience. Marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe at any time.
Service providers
We use hosting, database, email-delivery, and payment providers to operate this service. Payment information is entered directly on Stripe’s hosted checkout and is not collected by this website.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of information connected to your report by replying to a report email. Before public launch, the business’s legal name and a dedicated privacy contact will be added here.
